About KeyPoint Care Solutions

Support that starts with you

At KeyPoint Care Solutions, we provide compassionate, reliable and person-centred NDIS support that helps participants live with confidence and achieve their goals. From everyday assistance and community participation to nursing care and specialised support, our experienced team is committed to delivering services that respect your choices and promote a better quality of life.

Our approach

First we ask what matters to you

Good support is not a standard list of tasks. We want to know how you prefer to communicate, who you want involved in decisions and what would make support feel comfortable. We then talk through the practical details, including worker skills, schedules, travel, costs and how the arrangement will be reviewed.

For nursing or high intensity support, we also consider the relevant clinical guidance, training and escalation requirements before confirming a plan. This helps everyone understand what is expected and when to seek advice.

Why families work with us

Support with a human feel

Participant choice

Your goals and preferences guide decisions about the tasks, people and places involved in your support.

A thoughtful worker match

We discuss the experience, approach and communication style needed before a worker joins your routine.

Clinical care planning

Registered nurses can help assess requirements, guide training and support review where health needs call for it.

Practical flexibility

Support may take place at home, on the way to appointments or in community settings, depending on the plan.

Clear conversations

We explain proposed tasks, timing and costs before support begins, and encourage questions along the way.

Ongoing review

When routines or goals change, we discuss what is working and what should be adjusted.
